Earned Time Off
Employees earn an additional 4 hours of paid time off for each quarter of perfect attendance.

PMC provides all employees with $25,000 worth of Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage at no cost effective the first of the month following date of hire.
401 (k) Retirement Plan
Employees are automatically enrolled in the company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan at 2% the first of the month following date of hire. Employees may choose to participate at a higher rate up to the IRS maximum or to opt out altogether. PMC may choose to make a discretionary contribution based on business performance. Voluntary vision plan the first of the month following the date of hire (employee paid).
Health Insurance – Employee, Employee + spouse or domestic partner, and family coverage available the first of the month following date of hire (requires an employee contribution). The health insurance plan includes a wellness program where participation rewards employees with premium reduction savings and merchandise rewards.
Health Reimbursement Account
For employees enrolled in the PMC Health Plan, the company contributes $1500 (single plan)/$2500 (limited family and family plans) to help cover expenses applied toward the medical deductibles after the employee has paid the first portion of the deductible.
Health Savings Account
For employees enrolled in the PMC Health Plan, the company contributes $71/$126/$176 (depending on plan) per month to an HSA Account to be used to pay out of pocket medical expenses.
Employees and their families are eligible to enroll in Delta Dental the first of the month following date of hire (requires an employee contribution).
Employees and their families are eligible to enroll in a voluntary vision plan the first of the month following the date of hire (employee paid).
