Position: Injection Machine Operator

Requirements:
Job Description: We are looking for Machine Operators for all three of our shifts. While prior plastics experience is helpful, it is not necessary as PMC will provide all of the training you need to begin a successful career in injection molding. PMC offers a Pay for Knowledge review system allowing members to increase their wage as they complete levels of the self-paced training program. Benefits include shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts, paid vacation and holidays, a 401k savings plan, health/dental insurance, and more.

Position: Process Engineer

Job Description: PMC is accepting applications (you name your shift) for experienced, hands-on process engineers (molding technicians) to work with and learn on the most versatile equipment available, giving you the widest possible experience in materials and process capabilities. Our pay and benefits package, coupled with twice-per-year reviews, ensure that you are well rewarded for your efforts.

To qualify for these top-notch positions, you must have a minimum of three years experience in the set-up and processing of plastic injection molding presses. Your progressive processing experience must be recent, as we are looking for candidates that have chosen the plastic injection molding industry for their careers. The ideal candidate will also have a strong desire to continually upgrade and improve their skills, particularly as it applies to learning and mastering the molding process via current and future technology.
