Product development

We'll help you move new products into the market as quickly as possible. We are accustomed to working with a wide variety of CAD data, drawings, or even ideas in the "cocktail napkin" stage. Wherever appropriate, we recommend the use of low-cost developmental tooling and relatively low initial production quantities. This enables you to bring revenue-generating products to market quickly, while minimizing up-front costs. Plus there's no sacrifice in part quality, function, fit or appearance.

Production

We can provide virtually any short and long run production facilities you may require, without the need for extensive capital investment on your part. Our capabilities embrace the full range of molded plastic production operations, including prototype and production molding of thermoplastics, thermo sets and elastomers (our injection molding machines range from 28 ton to 700 ton capacity); and a complete range of molding and post-molding operations, including in-mold decoration, precision machining, thermal fusion, post-molding decoration, assemblies and packaging.

Our process machines were specifically chosen to give us the broadest, custom plastic injection molding capability, and have been customized and upgraded to meet our performance and control requirements. We constantly look for opportunities to apply automation techniques to eliminate cost.

Quality

Although quality standards and methods have evolved over the years, our fundamental commitment to quality has not required very much change since the company was founded. From the onset of our operations more than 30 years ago, we have always employed GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures, and we have always emphasized a total commitment to quality throughout our operations. Today, our quality assurance systems can provide complete traceability from raw materials to final delivery. We are a certified ISO 9001:2008 company.
